The standard delivery throughout Italy (except Islands) at street level of our sofas, is free! For the islands (Sicily and Sardinia), we require a supplement of Euro 70 (including VAT) for delivery at street level.
For deliveries in Europe are provided for transport costs as specified below (prices in euros, VAT included):
Only in the event that delivery services require a rental of special equipment (such as small trucks to reach the city center or areas not accessible by vehicles of medium and large sizes), the payment of tolls (for example to access in traffic areas limited), transit in lagoons or achieving smaller islands, will be required to pay a supplement.
Our transporters employ transport vehicles of medium-large size and that is why to facilitate delivery, is necessary to indicate the presence of these impediments and any information helping to facilitate the delivery of the product you purchased. We entrust the delivery operations to professional and series freight companies, which will take care of your product until the arrival at home. Deliveries will be made on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.
You will be contacted by our customer service with a few days in advance, to choose the date of delivery.
In the unfortunate and rare case where you should find damages to the packaging, you will need to dispute immediately that fact to the carrier and writing on the transport document "withdrawal conditional for damaged packaging".
The average delivery times are given in the data of each product you choose. Most of the articles are produced according to specific customer requirements, for this reason the delivery time will run from 20 to 40 working days. On average, they totaled around 25 working days.
We undertake to respect and to shorten as much as possible, these delivery times which, however, could not depend only on us but also our suppliers and possible events beyond our control.
Scheduled deliveries around the Christmas, Easter and during the summer holidays, could experience delays there will be immediately communicated.

The sofa will be delivered divided into packages. For example, if you buy a chair, there will be delivered two packages: a package will be constituted by the central body of the armchair and the second package will be constituted by the pair of armrests. This procedure will facilitate the transport and the movement of the product.
The assembly operations are extremely simple and will be provided the material with all instructions. You will see that it will be easy and fun!!!
